  After I understood what to look for and obtain, I wanted a mini ductless system for one room, that is not connected to the rest of the ducted house. Controlling Systems sent a good rep to understand my needs, and the electrician and crew that came out for the installation were on time, good natured, and finished in half the time expected. I love the system, it works, is super quiet, and takes up little space. Big fan of Controlling Systems and Mitsubishi

  I would recommend Controlling Systems. I received several bids and theirs was the most competitive, so from a value perspective they were great. The install was a bit challenged and took a long time. The head tech Roman, worked a 12+ hour day into the night to try to make sure everything was finished, all while maintaining a friendly customer service positive attitude. The other techs were also great, no complaints. After their work was done we noticed our hot water heater was leaking. I called and got a less than helpful reaction from the receptionist, but then someone called me back (James I believe) and said they'd send someone right over. A supervisor came over and installed two new connections, free of charge. That is the sort of service you hope for when you're spending massive amounts of money on a new HVAC and it was much appreciated! As a side note, we also had them install an automatic (measures outside temperature and adjusta automatically) bypass humidifier. The cost was a drop in the bucket and it's done an excellent job maintaining higher humidity this winter. I recommend adding one of these!

  This company is excellent in every way. They have fair pricing, are professional, licensed and insured and follow up with every aspect of the job. We used them to install a new furnace and AC. Very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!
