  Fast, friendly service. They didn't try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. They we're able to get to me quickly and had my AC unit up and running in no time.

  Their tech missed my appointment time. When I called them about this, he used cuss words over the phone. Once he actually came to assess my equipment, he did not know what he was doing and didn't even do anything but tell me he couldn't help, but still charged me a service call fee.
