  professional, local owned and operated business. We enjoyed the quick response in getting a quote and how fast it was to order up a unit to have it installed. Many other competitors were months out on their inventory because of the pandemic. We ran into one issue after the install, but quickly had a service tech call us and walk us through troubleshooting the issue. Enjoyed their great customer service and knowledge of the products they sell!

  Michelle and Morgan worked together to make scheduling and service 5 Star. Michelle was thoughtful about scheduling and helpful on day of service. Morgan was willing to explain his service during each step. Giving me up to date information about equipment and scheduling. Very knowledgeable and good customer service skills. My neighbors all trust Rogue Valley and I will be upgrading my system with them.

  Easy to schedule appointment and not booked out too far. We have had 2 summers of AC problems and figured out by them that the system needs regular service to which I have never done. The TECH was nice, professional and fast. He also educated me on a few other problems I was having with the system. Definitely approve and will recommend. Thanks!
