I needed a part for my heater and the price was outrageous. Went to another company got it for half the price I was quoted.

They came out to place a drip pan on my air handler and when it wouldn't work they never came back nor returned calls. I believe the person I bought the house from already paid for the work as it was in the sale contract when I bought the house. They supplied me with a receipt for payment of the work, but the work was never done.

After conducting an extensive search of our database coupled with the fact that the work was performed under the previous home owners name we are unfortunately unable to reference work performed. I have worked with Caveman for a long time. They're always reliable and take the time to make sure the job is done right. Residential or Commercial, they are a great company.

I walked in their door with a problem and from the moment I spoke with Crystal at the front desk it was clear that she was there to help me and that's exactly what she did.  That help included Brady and another gentleman who's name I didn't get.  When I left with a repaired vent cover for my cold air return, Crystal said be sure and call her if I needed anything. I called her when I realized I wasn't able to get the vent cover back on so she checked to see if a service tech was still there.  They had all gone home and so I made an appointment for Monday.  About 25 minutes later a gentleman named Keith called and said he'd heard about my problem and apologized because I would have to wait until Monday. You just don't run into people who care like that very often.  Monday morning a very pleasant and professional gentleman named Ryan came and was able to take care of the problem in no time at all.  Thank you, to all of you.
