It feels odd to be reviewing The Home Depot haha but we recently bought our first  house and have been renovating it like mad. We have not had a bad experience here yet. EVERY single employee in all the departments that we've encountered has had a friendly, helpful and professional disposition.

The Home Depot store here in Grants Pass is a pretty good place to shop.
They have a wide selection of Home improvement and hardware products available.
Next time you're in this area, stop on by!

They have everything you would need for any home projects or other need to be had. If the store was any bigger you could get lost. Wow, what place. A dream for anyone come true!  I'll keep going back and stay loyal with my business needs. Home Depot is#1 in my books.

Horrible service. We paid up front for someone to measure for a window and door order. It's only $40 and that gets refunded when you place the order. My problem is that each week when I get a day off, I go to Home Depot and wait for a half hour while they page somebody to the window and door department. Nobody responds to the page. I go up front to customer service and get an attitude and a bunch of excuses. How do you order doors if nobody is there? I want my $40 back.

Love this place seems to have every thing you need.

Very clean. Staff friendly and very helpful. New military discount policy will drive many customers away. Having to use an app to get your discount. Not all have internet service and smart phones. My husband is one he carries a flippie phone.

The store itself is ok but the paint department is a hole new story. I’ve had to buy paint in this 3 different times in the pass year with the same rude big tall employee that thinks he’s special and  the customers are his enemy. I saw his tag covering his name tag that he has been a employee for 5 years, I can’t believe that the manager doesn’t see how rude he is to the customers and how he talks down to the newer employees working with him behind the counter. I’ve been a production manager for 15 years if I caught one of my employees doing that they would be out the door in a flash. This world is already Stressful enough going shopping and then encounter a rude employee that makes the shopping experience absolutely dreadful. I made a complaint to the manager the first time I had to deal with him about a year ago, and the manager said that the store will not tolerate rude behavior in there employees and that he would take care of this right away. Apparently he did not.

Standard big box home improvement store.  I am closer to Lowes so use that for most shopping, but prefer Home Depot for some items.  This location seems consistently better stocked than my other option, the Home Depot in Phoenix, OR

The store is ok. Could be cleaned and organized a bit better.
Last time I was in here was with my now deceased boyfriend, I bought him and I new winter stuff.
Sad.

Great! After looking at 3 other stores Home Depot had the item I was looking for. Self checkout took about 60 seconds & I was on my way. No complaints!
