  I hired Nate to install some flooring and was very happy with his work. Got the job done faster than he had predicted which saved me money in the long run. Floors look fantastic, will definitely be going to Southwest Oregon Builders for any future needs.

  AVOID. This guy is a criminal. I contacted Nathan Davidson about some repair work after an HVAC unit flooded in the ceiling of one of my rental properties. He gave me an estimate of $5,200 for the repairs, and wanted a $1,900 down payment before starting work. I've never had a contractor ask me for cash up front, so I sent him a payment through Paypal so I'd have purchase protection. Glad I did. He tried to get me to confirm with Paypal that services had been provided (again, before any work was completed), so I dropped him and found another contractor I had worked with before. The repairs ended up costing $625, not $5,200. Davidson is refusing to refund my deposit, so I'm relying on Paypal to get my $1900 back.
