Roadrunner Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning was amazing, came right away & then took all the time to get to the bottom of a tricky double wiring issue in the central air unit & the thermostat. The technician explained the membership program to us with no pressure to join which was a great program for maintenance on our unit & furnace. He was very thorough & explained things he fixed!! Would love to have him back to work on it or do any maintenance! I highly recommend him as well.

He very quickly isolated the problem, performed the repair, and got the unit working again in no time. This summer we replaced our HVAC unit - the first since we built our home 24 years ago and it is wonderful. We just turned the furnace on for the first time this past weekend and it is so quiet we weren't sure it was even running. It was extremely difficult to find an HVAC contractor that we were happy with and we were glad we found Roadrunner Industrial. When Mike came over to my house for the air conditioning repair, he was very prompt and courteous. He even put on covers for his shoes so that he won't bring dirt inside my house. His work quality is meticulous. The price he quoted me was very good, he was honest and did not try to over sell. We had several similar quotes but they would always try to up-sell and make the job seem bigger than it needed to be.
