Rey arrived exactly on time and was immediately concerned about my health and put on his mask. He explained what he needed to do to diagnose my a/c problem and found the problem in 10 minutes. He was so pleasant and patient and gave me several repair options. I was happy to pay a fair price and asked about a service plan. I immediately signed up for their premium plan to save money and get some peace of mind. I will now use only Franks air conditioning and will always ask for Rey😊

The lady working the phone was very pleasant. Kyle, who came to our house, was very kind and knowledgeable. He had our problem (wrong breaker) installed and working in a half an hour. I am very impressed with his professionalism. He is a true asset to the company. Prices were very reasonable and Kyle was out to the house within a couple hours of calling. All around great experiance!

I had Frank’s install my Trane A/C in 2020. The installation went smoothly and the unit has functioned well since then. Frank’s has done 2 preventative maintenance visits. All the technicians have been capable and professional. Iris at the office has been courteous and accommodating. Would like to especially mention Kyle, who did my PM today. He’s capable and personable.

Would definitely recommend Frank's AC. I had them replace my HVAC system and the installation crew did such a fantastic job not only installing the new system, but also relocating it to a better location. The crew from the beginning arrived on time, they were very professional, and they were very knowledgeable. They worked very well together and each took pride on their individual task at hand. I'm very detailed and I could tell by observing them that they paid attention to little details as well. Its Very rare now a days to find a company that can actually deliver what the sales representative sells. Very happy and please with their service.

Very pleased with the responsive and timely service. Jose responded within the hour of my message. He arrived when he said he would and promptly began to research the issue. He quickly found and resolved it.  I am now sitting in a comfortable cool room.  Well worth the money. I will use them again!

From start to finish, Franks AC was easy to work with. This was our first time ever having to replace an AC unit and we figured as the old one was 16 years old and it gave us issues last year, it was time to have a planned replacement rather than an emergent one in these hot Florida summers. David, who gave us our estimate, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Our techs Carlos and Ivan on the day of install, arrived on time and stayed without much of a break until the install was complete. One of the things I liked most, was that Franks Ac sent texts and emails of what their techs look like and their background checks. It made me feel safe letting them into my home. Anyway, there were a few minor hiccups one of which was the manufacturers issue with the smart thermostat. There was a troubleshoot issue at one point but they stayed and resolved it and saw the job the entire way through. In addition, they had a third tech come out to replace the smart thermostat within an hour and free of charge. The only thing they could improve on is cleanliness. They do put a tarp down in your front entrance, but I wish they cleaned up inside a bit more after all the dirt and dust is scattered during the day as they come in and out without shoe covers. All in all, Franks AC has fair prices on their AC units and responsible knowledgable techs and reps.

Great experience! We had to replace our central hvac system and Frank’s was the 3rd or 4th company we called for an estimate. They quoted $2k-$3k less than another company for the exact same model. The service was fantastic. They were punctual and completed the work in less than a day. Very satisfied with the results. The system is really nice and runs great. We will be using Frank’s for any service needs we have in the future. Great company!

Had a follow up AC check and a problem was found by the tech.  Warranty had expired 5 days earlier but they honored it without question.  Very nice and professional tech.  Great experience.  Iris is always very friendly and helpful when I call too.

The technician Michael was outstanding. Answered all my questions and was very professional. We have used this company numerous times, and are extremely satisfied with their work . Will use them anytime I have issues with our A/C or heating system.
