  The crew working for Action Air and Electric did an awesome job on the electrical rewire of my entire house. Shout outs to Dean, Mark and Don. They were professional, courteous, diligent, on time and honestly cared about their work. I strongly recommend them for your electrical needs.

  Each time we call for service over the past 3 years, they are too busy to do the undesirable work. If it isn't a new install, they will first not call back, then pawn you off on someone else.

  Called Action Air because they were referred by another AC guy. They came out and said I needed a new system. Said my AC was completely out of freon. He said they would have to get back with me on a price for a new AC. My house was 87 degrees and this guy gave me the impression he really couldn't be bothered. I paid $109 for a service call for which he did nothing. I immediately called Frank's Air Conditioning (based on their great reviews) and they came out right away. Although he agreed I needed a new unit he was able to get my AC going until the new unit could be installed. I never ever received a call back from Action Air on a price for a new unit. Stay away from Action Air!!
