  Mr. Philbrick performed an annual oil furnace tune up. He identified a faulty primary control. He replaced the primary control and charged me $289 in addition to the charge for the tune up. The primary control installed was a refurbished unit which I could have purchased for $52 online. So, I was charged $237 for ~10 minutes work. When I asked for an explanation via email I received no response. My neighbor and I no longer do business with Mr. Philbrick. I recommend you do the same.

  I've had Randy Philbrick for over 6 years as my service tech (a/c and heating). Without going into detail, I would not recommend him.
