  The crew led by Paul was on time and extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. The work they did, taking out the old attic insulation and replacing it with foam and blown in insulation was amazing. I am completely impressed by their workmanship and professionalism. My wife was excited with the cleanliness of the project. We would have to say “JOB WELL DONE.”

  Fantastic group of people. From the sales team (Sam) explaining all aspects of the scope of work, with detailed photos and examples, to the team of installers that spent the time to explain the process and demonstrate how everything works. Paul (on site Supervisor) and his team (Andy, Jake and Vince) worked through some challenging conditions (rain and wind) without any concerns or complaints. As a homeowner I wanted to ensure the team understood what my main concern was (drafty windows and doors), Paul spend additional time to discuss my main concerns with me and the team to ensure they were going to alleviate the issues I had. Paul, Andy, Jake and Vince were very professional while on site and prioritized their time to complete this project in the time they stated. This house was a bit of a challenge with previous renovations (the house was built in 1890) but Paul and the team worked with me to ensure we were able to achieve the intended outcome. As a costumer I was very happy with the support and attention to detail that Paul and his crew preformed. I would highly recommend that anyone with insulating needs reach out to this group of devoted, determined, and highly skilled professionals. I'm very PROUD of the team and willing to answer any questions folks may have as I will continue to support this company. And yes I'm a real person. Please see attached picture of the project.

  We did not end up choosing this company for our job; my review is based on the estimate process. First, as others mentioned, they require all homeowners to be there. Other contractors I met with did not require this and this was a huge pain in the rear to schedule. Second, don't be fooled by the "we have a 25% off Thanksgiving, etc special this month, but I can't guarantee we'll have it next month." Read other posts; they are the Kohls of contractors - it's always 25% off. This to me is a huge red flag - price your product fairly and be done with it. The expectation seemed to be that we'd sign on the dotted line right then and there so that we could get the "discount." Finally, the estimate consisted of a number written on a piece of paper; no detail, nothing. Other contractors provided me with a detailed estimate of the scope of work to be done and the costs involved. Their product may be good, but their sales pitch leaves a lot to be desired.

  Thanks Mary for your feedback, our manufacturers do offer incentives that we pass on to the customer. We regret not being able to work with you and have worked with our manufactures to extend the incentives for consumers.
