Called on Monday morning. They scheduled water heater replacement for that same afternoon. Matt and Derirck came for the install. Nice and efficient. Left no mess at all.

Great service… very professional, shows up when they say they will and good quality work. They have to come out multiple times after tiling and other remodel work. They are easy to schedule quickly. Very friendly, highly recommend!

Old water heater was atmospheric vent so that's what i ordered. They came out and it wasn't vented to code. Needed to get a power vent. They left and came back in a snow storm. Probably stayed later than they wanted. So that was appreciated. Then explained the different settings. Will use again.

Our dishes had begun to get cloudy after going through the dishwasher, so we suspected the water softener was failing. They came out and took a water sample to send in and have evaluated. The results indicated replacing the water softener, so they gave us a bid and then completed the installation. A day later (a Friday) we had no hot water. They came out early the next week with a plumber and their electrical guy. We are on dual fuel, so they had to work closely with Stearns Electric to figure things out. Eventually, Stearns determined that it was likely the circuit breaker that had gone bad (coincidental to the softener install). Our electrician replaced the breaker and we were back in business! I was impressed with Augusta Plumbing's responsiveness from the office staff to the employees that came out. Shane aims to please, is a joy to work with and is fair. I highly recommend giving them a call when you have any plumbing needs. They are the only ones we call.

I’ve used Augusta plumbing and heating for service at 2 homes over the years and they have excellent customer service and are very professional. I would highly recommend these people for any of your hvac or plumbing work. They’ve earned my business for life.

I recently bought a townhome to rent.  It had a 15 year old water heater so  I decided to replace it.  When I contacted Home Depot's Crew 2, they were able to get me an appointment with St. Augusta the next day!  After the old unit was cut out, we opened the new one to find it had been damaged and needed to be replaced.  Dylan offered to wait there at the site while I rented a truck, picked up the damaged unit, had Home Depot replace it and then transport it back!  This was the last job of the day and would cause him to arrive home later than expected but he did it nonetheless.  After the installation was done, I had the pleasure of working with Kimberly to arrange for an inspection with the city of Elk River.  All this service and professionalism came at a cost that was 40% to 50% lower than I had been quoted by other plumbers for the same work!  Way to go St. Augusta!  You guys Rock!  You'll be the first ones I call when I need help in the future.

You call them and they appear. They have done several projects for me. Always have done a good job. They were here to repair a gas leak.
