Awful service… Young man did entire job in 15 minutes. He rushed through the whole process. I don’t even smell a cleaner he used. Carpet had a few stains that I understood could not be removed but carpet was still dirty and he did two rooms and a small hallway, didn’t reach carpet under the bed or closets. Very POOR JOB. Totally wasted $180. I would have done better renting a rug doctor

They quoted me $250 for cleaning 3 rugs and 500 Sq feet of carpet w pet deodorant. The cleaning person arrives and says for pet oder it's an additional $375 and a total of $594 plus tax. He was here for 60 minutes. So disappointing I didn't tell him to leave after he didn't honor the quote. I hate confrontation and this is was a total waste of $$$$$. Rent a carpet cleaner folks. 😒 UPDATE! It gets worse folks. The carpet they cleaned began to smell like sweaty socks or a locker room.. The guy must have used dirty water. They reached out after my review in a manner that made me believe they heard me. A case was opened and as of today not another response regarding the issue and smelly carpet.

We were happy with the carpet cleaning. The duct work went well too. Although, they didn’t put things back where they found them including rugs, left lights on in every room they turned them on. Our biggest issue was 3 years ago, when we first bought our house, we were sold an ultra Violet system for our furnace. We signed on for it. A couple of weeks ago, a Stanley Steemer rep was out here and replaced the bulb. Yesterday, the techs were here to clean the vents and duct work. One of the techs said the ultra Violet system was doing no good because the furnace was never cleaned when the ultra Violet system was installed. I asked why were we never informed of that when the rep sold us on the idea of it. Their response was he doesn’t work for us anymore. That doesn’t help us!! So here we spend over $500.00 for no help over 3 years! Their response to our why was feeble at best! The tech that replaced the bulb a couple of weeks ago, was new. In fact our bulb was the 1st he had ever changed. He said he didn’t know the furnace needed to be cleaned in order for it to work. It would be nice if these people were trained properly!
