Fast service, friendly from the first call. Had an heating issue, thought it was a thermostat problem.They had someone come out the same day for the appointment. Alex took care of the issue within 15 min. It was a loose wire inside of the electrical components in the furnace, also changed a filter for me at no cost ( I buy them in bulk from Amazon) . Thank you Alex for the efficient and courteous service.

I came home from our wedding and our AC was not working, They came out and found the issues to be our compressor. Not a cheap part to replace but they were able to get us set up for the next day and we had our AC back up in less then 24 hours after our call. They were very nice and very fast with the repairs. They do great work and saved us from a 90 degree heat wave.

I was looking for a great installation and maintenance service provider in and around Woodland Hills, and got in touch with these people. It was the best decision to get my AC servicing done by them. One can blindly trust them with all the requirements and they will never disappoint with their work.

Suren was our tech, and he did an excellent job. He was extremely thorough, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and solved our problem, and took extra time to ensure that the fix was complete and worked properly.  He also explained everything to ensure I understood what he did.  I’ll ask for him again if I ever have any issues.

The man who fixed my heater did it quickly and explained the issue to me clearly with images. A jumper cable was attached for some reason and a cable unplugged which he corrected and didn't try to upsell me on any other fixes; just an offer to clean the furnace space.  I thought the $180 for cleaning was a bit expensive but I don't know anything about furnaces so it might have been a good deal. Either way he didn't push it on me and said he understood when I said no, which I appreciate.

They weren't opposed to wearing masks as I requested and they tolerated my dogs until I could get the pups locked in a bedroom.  The people I talked to in the office on the phone were very pleasant and helpful. I can't really comment on the cost as they were who my home warranty company sent, so I don't know what they would have charged if it wasn't a warranty repair.

Max is awesome. He was fast, thorough, and informative. He was sent by my home warranty company but I was so impressed that I've requested to purchase Relaxed Heating & Air's maintenance package so that he can personally maintain my system. Thanks Max!

The company and technician did a great job. They came out within 24 hours identified the issue and then came back within a week to install the part and repair the heater.  We also had them do a cleaning as well.
