  I have used Rays Heating & Cooling Co. on five properties over the last ten years, and have never been dissatisfied. I find that they are honest, up-front, and follow through very well. Their dispatchers are professional, knowledgeable, and nice to talk to. Their techs are clean, smart, well-trained, and very professional. I've had great confidence every time that they truly understood the issue and the solution that they implemented. I've also had great experience with their followup/warranty work, and I find that to be magnificent.

  Technician was on time, very professional, and polite. He was an outstanding young man. Answered any question that my husband ask. Rays Heating & Cooling Co. employees that have come to our home from salesman to installers to inspectors have been great. We are definitely glad we brought our new high efficient heating and a/c unit from them. We are very pleased and would certainly recommend Rays Heating & Cooling Co.
