  Excellent service! I just moved into a new home with all sorts of problems which arose in the first 2 weeks. Our hot water heater was leaking and our boiler was having issues. After finding 911 Heating & Air, LLC through a google search, I spoke with Alex and he came out to investigate. He was able to rewire our old setup so we could install new smart thermostats for each floor and then he was able to temporarily fix our water heater and boiler before we decided to replace them since they were 15 years old. His knowledge, explanation, and professionalism was top-notch. Highly recommend 911 Heating & Air, LLC for your HVAC needs. They won’t let you down.

  This review is a long time in coming, but I finally had the time and remembered to do it. We hired them after we bought our house back in August to come give the HVAC system a once-over to make sure the system that came with the place was in good shape—good thing we did, because in the process they discovered the furnace exhaust was full of cracks and in danger of leaking carbon monoxide into the home. It was a 20 year old system, so no major surprises there. They replaced the system, and willing to work with us on our budget. The guys were courteous and on time, and did not mind putting on masks when requested (we did need to supply the masks). They had a potential new hire, however, who did most of the work, and who I don't think got the job, as they had to come back the next day and spend hours fixing his work. That said, the fact they backed their work up like that, did not charge us extra for it, and were quick about coming back was encouraging. We will be using them for future HVAC needs, should they arise, for sure.

  These guys stand heads and shoulders above the rest. In my experience, the HVAC industry around Milwaukee is run by crooks and cowboys who will rip off any unsuspecting customer for as much as they can get. As a small-time landlord with about ten rental units I had been ripped off more times than I care to remember until I found Alex and 911. They have always been honest about what was needed and charged a fair and very reasonable price for their work, which is of the highest quality. They are my "go-to" for all my HVAC needs and I would recommend them to anyone seeking reliable professional help at a fair price.
