  Called this business several times in regards to my water heater leaking. They never returned my call! Very poor customer service!!

  They were great . Our furnace went out and it was cold temperatures . They came fast . They had to drive over 70 miles to get a part for our heater . I also had ordered a part that I knew was bad it came the same day ,but wasn't supposed to arrive for four more days and we couldn't wait to get it . They did not charge me for the visit or part that I was able to install myself . I would definitely recommend them to anyone . Thank you R$R .
