Absolutely love Jones Mechanical! We are thankful for the preventative maintenance appointments have been so helpful. They cover all the plumbing, heating and air conditioning issues that you can have in your home. The technicians are always knowledgeable, experienced, and honestly just kind. Tylor Fine took the time to explain everything. Our preventative inspection went well and we are set for the summer. Also whenever we see them in the area they are always checking to see if everything is still going well in our home! And he helped us figure out some other things we would like to update. Jones Mechanical is a great business. I called another company and was told she didn't know when they would get here. Not  good when it's freezing outside. Called Jones Mechanical, and Cory was at our house in 2 hrs. When we found out the furnace was shot, we were told that they associate with a loan service that could process a loan quickly. Then Cory drove to Omaha to pick up my new furnace and had it in by the end of the second day. These people go far above and beyond!

Great service every time with Jones Mechanical! Always on time, very knowledgeable and very good at explaining what they’re doing and why. I’m new to a boiler system and they’ve taught me how to use and maintain it properly and got the old gal in tip top shape.
