  The technician (Alex Gonzalez) was very informative and upfront about all work and services. He seemed knowledgeable about AC systems and was able to answer any questions I had, additionally he was very through in his work and didn’t leave until he was certain the system was working as intended following the repair. Service was performed within 1 day of the initial evaluation and if I called the offices to other I got a response right away or was called backed within 15 minutes of leaving a message. The rates were very reasonable especially compared with some other companies operating in my area. I plan to continue using their services and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for AC services within their area of operation.

  QLS has repeatedly sent inexperienced and untrained employees to perform a routine installation of new equipment. When the crews make mistakes, no ownership or initiative is taken to make sure it doesn't happen again. Management is so overbooked that they are unable to reliably communicate. Their quotes and explanations are patronizing. The omission of factual information and sugar coating of the services are baffling to anyone who knows their way around a construction site. If I could go back in time, I would have done it myself rather than spend countless hours chasing them down and catching/troubleshooting their many mistakes.

  Thanks for charging approx $90 to take photos of my heat circulation pump, loosing the screws to the cover so it cannot be reattached and leaving it without telling me. And no follow up the next day as promised on if your co and techs can complete this job. Even though I was told they were qualified on the system I have when I booked the appointment.
