Pugs Fuel Oil has always been awesome. We have been using Pugs for over 30 years. Whenever we have a problem, they are always quick to come out and fix whatever the problem is. Late Sunday night my mom was out of oil at her house. I called Pugs and they were there Monday morning to deliver oil. We didn't realize it at the time, but my mom had been out of oil long enough that air had gotten in the line and it wasn't delivering oil to the furnace. I called them Monday evening and Tuesday morning their technician was at my mom's and bled the line. My mom is toasty warm again! Thank you Pugs!!!

    Response from the owner

Thank you Marsha and happy to help! Let us know if you run into any more issues!

The service is prompt. They charged me to prime a tank that was empty, put a new filter and gauge. 3 weeks later no heat they came out the filter was clogged due to sludge in tank, advised me to have them put additive in next tank to dilute sludge. I asked why they didn't do that when installing the new filter. I was told they do not do that. 1 day later there is a leak. They went out and charge me another 170.00 to replace a fitting that just happened to start leaking after he was there to change the filter. when I questioned i was told one had nothing to do with the other. After speaking with owner Pam she will credit me $ 50.00 on the next service call. I will have them put an additive in each delivery so there is no more clogging of the filter.

My 94 year old bed ridden father and sister with asthma, 2 dogs are left tonite with an oil leak. The smell is so bad. This company told them them to call the fire department. Manager left at noon. No help. It is 23 degrees . All are breathing in the unhealthy smell!!!! Who does this?!!!

    Response from the owner

We are sorry for any confusion but we recommended that you call the fire department to resolve the leak which was free to you. If we had to come out we would have had to charge you several hundred dollars to fix the issue. We were just trying to save you money.
