Needed to replace one of our two units. Had a big brand out who were not very informative and seemed very take or leave it on pricing. Found Prime AC who came out same day. Brett was very  informative, walked me through all the mechanics of our current system, what was wrong and options. We ended up replacing both of our units, got an amazing deal, Jorge quickly got his team out to do th we work and it is quality work. Highly recommend Prime AC and Heat!

Amazing customer service and employees. Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I contacted them at 11am and by 2:30 pm  diagnostic was done and my AC Thermostat was up an running. I recommend PRIME AC AND HEAT! Very professional, efficient and affordable! I was having issues with my original furnace just before the winter storm hit. Jorge was able to come out, see what the problem was, we went over my options and he was able to fit me in their schedule Asap to replace my furnace! If you need AC or Heater maintenance or repairs give PRIME a call! They will be there in no time!!

We can't say enough good things about Prime AC. You really do get what you pay for when it comes to HVAC services. In August of 2018, our 20 year old Trane unit died. We sort of blindly looked around for another Trane dealer and we found Prime and boy are we glad. On the first visit, Jorge went above and beyond to diagnose a problem that involved crawling under our house and finding an electrical short that had caused our unit to fail. He spent about an hour with us going over our options for new units and we never felt pressured into a higher priced package. Because they couldn't install same day, they brought us some window units to keep our son's room cool and they came back the next day to install. They also put in a new duct in our back room and laid down new insulation. So, right off the bat we were impressed. Then in the winter of 2019, our thermostat went out, and Jorge came out the next day to replace it, completely covered under warranty.  In 2020, due to some overzealous DIY maintenance, we needed an electrical panel replaced on our unit. Once again, Jorge to the rescue. He very kindly explained the issue and then replaced it on a Saturday and gave us a deal on the repair (even though it was our fault). They really are the good guys.  Just recently, we had to replace our thermostat again due to an unknown failure (this is more a "internet of things" issue than a Prime AC issue, because our unit requires a smart thermostat and the LCD screen kept failing). Once again, less than 24 hours after I called it in, Jorge was at our house replacing it.

They come when they say they will. They give accurate and reasonable estimates. They are kind, respectful, trustworthy and overall worth every penny we spent. My introvert wife has never felt uncomfortable with any one from Prime AC in the house when she's there alone with the kids. We are happy to refer friends and family to them any time a recommendation is asked for.  Don't just look for the cheapest service, it's not worth it in the long run.

I have never wrote a review for a company but the service we have received from prime ac has been so exceptional i felt compelled to share my experience. We just had our air conditioning unit replaced along with the heating. George was the representative that came out and gave us the initial estimate. He is a very nice young man to work with. We got options and clear pricing in what they were going to do. The installation team completed the work in one day, even through all my random questions and picture taking they never skipped a beat! Francisco and the whole installation crew were very efficient and professional. We made a great decision and look forward to enjoying our new amana unit

Great small business. Jorge has always been punctual and fast. They installed my AC next day. And both of my units needed servicing within a year. Both times, he came out within a couple hours of calling. Really glad to have cold air! Thanks guys!

We have use this company in the past few months for not only an installation of a new AC unit, but also subsequent repair for another unit.
