Excellent service and quality of work. Had an entire upstairs unit replaced. They show up when they say. Perform the work they promise and even had an inspector come out to make sure we were satisfied. Well done. Also shout out to Cedric for the detailed knowledge.
Update - Coventry also replaced an entire AC system at our daughters house. Excellent service, quality of work and competitive pricing.

Tarek with Coventry & Gattis is extremely knowledgeable about everything HVAC, explains every step of the process, and treats customers with respect and patience. The company's pricing is competitive, and management David and Chris are hands-on - they come to the job site to make sure the customer is satisfied. I first used C&G last summer to replace our downstairs unit, then recently had them replace the upstairs - a satisfied customer is a repeat customer. I highly recommend this company.

Cedric has been great for us. Bought a house with an old AC unit and furnace which have both had issues in 2021. Cedric gave us multiple options for repair/replacement to help fit our budget. Ended up replacing the outside AC unit and repairing the furnace. He has been professional and kind both times he has come. Thank you!

Cedric did an amazing job! He is very polite and informative! He was not in any hurry and took time to explain in detail everything that was going on with my heaters. Love this company! Have used them for 20 years and they have always been honest, professional, responsive, timely & reasonably priced. I wish more businesses operated like this. Know you are in good hands and not being taken advantage of. The technician, Tarek came for the first time today and was exceptional. Just can’t say enough good things about this company! Very accommodating, easy scheduling, thorough work. Like them so much, I recommended to three neighbors. Turns out they were as impressed with C&G as I. In fact, one of those brought another new customer to the fold. THAT'S customer satisfaction! (Kudos to both Cedric & Gary, two technicians that know how to fix customers as well as equipment!)

If only all businesses operated with such standards. We’ve had two separate issues recently and have worked with Cedric, Lorenzo, and Alan from Coventry & Gattis. We’re satisfied with the product but we are even more thrilled with the service. Above and beyond. Super timely. Cedric was very detailed, knowledgeable, and transparent in showing us what was faulty and getting parts and replacement quickly, even offering to stay and help move a fence panel for the new unit. Lorenzo and Alan were a great team installing an outdoor unit and even answered questions I had concerning drain lines in our inside unit (unrelated to job), and helped us get our fence put back in place…I say help, but they did it all as my husband had hurt his shoulder the day before. Even Lisa on the office side was incredibly informative with letting us know when the guys were on their way, handling warranty registration, and even checking on my husband’s injury. You don’t find people or businesses anymore that strive for true customer relations but C&G have an amazing team. They’ve won our loyalty as customers and I would most definitely recommend to friends, family, and neighbors.

I have been using Coventry & Gaddis for years.  The office staff, Lisa, is very nice and responsive.  The technicians are all knowledgeable and professional.  Most of the time, I get the same technician, Cedric. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

This company installed my system about 6 years ago. The system works well and the yearly maintenance contract is worth the money. Preventative maintenance makes for a reliable system. I have never had a complaint with the company or any of their employees. A sure bet!!
