  I am a long distance land lord. My tenant noticed the thermostat was not regulating the heating element. She called Priest Heating & Air Conditioning and paid for service that they charged $428.00 for. The service fee was $134.00 and they charged $224.00 for a thermostat that anyone can buy on Amazon for less than $50.00. This is absolute PRICE GOUGING. I called Priest and left a message and asked them to explain the bill to me. Of course no one called me back. I will never ever use this company again and neither will any of my tenants. I am filing a claim with the BBB and the CCB.

  Priest Heating is the company to go with. Brian is great to work with. We had an issue with our AC and he came out and had it back up and running in no time. Great service at an affordable rate. Would recommend!

  I missed the guy however apparently calling him and notifying him that I was home he returned in less than 5 minutes professional, on point, and if I can say without being cliche now that he's got my cooling system fixed I'd have to say he's very "COOL" 🥶
