  They installed an A/C at my house and it worked perfect, for a couple weeks then it burned up the compressor. Instead of fixing the one I had, they did a manufactures warranty and replaced it with a brand new one. They also supplied a portable A/C, while we waited for the manufacture to send a new one. I am very happy with this company!

  We were very impressed with the incredibly thorough examination of all the details of our old central heating system including all the ducts in the VERY narrow crawl space under our house and figuring out how to install ducts/registers in two rooms that didn't have them before. Then the very professional installers that ALSO were very thorough, paying meticulous attention to their details. They even followed up with us a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was working as expected. We are very happy with our new Heat Pump heating/air-conditioning system to say the least. They are an excellent organization with very nice people and I'm proud to be able to recommend them to my friends.

  I have used Pacific Air Comfort for many years for repairs to my Carrier heat pump. Their representatives have always been courteous, considerate and successful in making these repairs. So when my heat pump needed replacement, I went to them for a new system. I love my new Carrier heat pump system. Their customer service is excellent. The installation was done in a clean and efficient manner and I am delighted with all the people at Pacific Air, Roseburg.
