  We contracted with them to do some work, everything was agreed upon. When we asked for their insurance info they immediately canceled the contract without warning or a reason given. We were left scrambling to find another electrician who was available. They seemed nice on the phone, and they might do great work, it's hard to say though as they are unwilling to comply with basic construction contracting requirements or call their clients before canceling contracts. EDIT 12/20/20: This absolutely happened. The issue was that your insurance agent at the time charged about $75 to list someone as an additional insured. The job we hired you to do was only a few hundred dollars, so you said it wasn't worth your time. We offered to pay the $75, and you still said it wasn't worth it because you were busy enough. I don't blame you, your busy, but you could have told us rather than just not show up. It's not surprising that I'm not listed as one of your customers because, as, my review states, you refused to do business with me because I wanted to be listed as an additional insured.

  This review is simply not true. We provide dozens of certificates of insurance to any client that requests one. Our agent is Ward insurance in Eugene. Could you please provide us a copy of the "contract we canceled" Had we entered a contract we would a copy, but we do not have a customer by the name of Roman Anderson in our database of over 5500 customers.

  I recently discussed some suspected electrical issues over the phone with the folks here at length. The person who answered took the time to listen and provided candid answers without trying to sell me on expensive services. I really appreciated the way my call was handled and will certainly call Kunert when we need electrical work done.
