  Had a water heater installed. Took a good portion of the day, but professional work. Aaron and Jake did a nice job and I'm happy with the work they did. Kyra was good on the scheduling and estimating side of things as well.

  Short story: scheduling is a nightmare, and staff are minimally responsive. Long story: I have been working on getting my lead lateral replaced and signed the contract with them back in May. We had worked scheduled for May but got rained out, not their fault. I emailed multiple times throughout the summer to reschedule because as a teacher I don't have time once school starts, minimal responses received with no real information. Rescheduled finally for the day before I start back to school and they cancel again (some water leak problem they had to do). I sent multiple emails to try to come up with a solution and received no reply for multiple days. My dog gets quite anxious with strangers so I prefer to be present to ensure she doesn't have complications. Also was told that it is not possible for them to use an app to access my front door and would need me to leave the door unlocked or leave a key. For security purposes I don't leave keys for anyone not even my family. Update - Cancelling was easier than scheduling. Work done by other company.

  Josh we assume your lateral was replaced by another company as we were happy to cancel this contract and refund the City of Sun Prairie their deposit. I hope you are doing well.

  I can't really judge their service as good or complete. I had an issue with a combination boiler and did tell them the make and model before they came. The service tech came. Basically told me they don't work on this type of system and they didn't have any experience with it. I can understand that. I appriciated his honesty but then to charge me full price ($100) for a 5 minuite call on a piece of equipment I had identified when I called to make the appointment. I can't respect that. When you say you service the rest, I would put an asterisk on that.

  Good Morning -- I hope you were able to find the valve Tom told you wasn't working and were able to get that replaced. Unfortunately some systems we cannot service but that is very rare. We hope you are able to find someone in the area to help you out in the future with any issues. Take care.
