Contacted them company because my unit was making loud noises almost appeared like a drum roll. Called the office they scheduled someone immediately the next day for a time that was convenient for me. The technician Bricen was excellent and very professional and courteous. I would give him 5 stars

Just had to give a 5-star review to Powell Heating & Air for sending Jay out to do the seasonal maintenance today.  What a thorough job he did!  We are very impressed!  Powell is always good .... this was exceptional!

Powell installed a new AC unit in our condo a year ago.  It was a great experience then and todays check up and maintenance was another great experience!  Jay, our technician, was professional, knowledgeable, very customer service orientated and we were very impressed with his overall service! Powell Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc have been servicing my Residence for 18 years, in fact they are the original installers of my two (2) HVAC units. I could not have chosen a better company than Powell.
The Service Technicians have all been very professional, The Technician that I had today was Jason Rivera and he went far beyond his call of service. He was polite, Responsive, Decent, knowledgeable, committed and very professional. In my view he will definitely be a great asset to to Powell Heating and A/C.

Great company to work with. They did a great high quality job and they gave me a reasonable price for a Daikin unit with a really good warranty. Good to know they only install quality equipment as well.
