  Well, they are a rip off. They came an hour late. I already had the the back of the refrigerator taken off and showed them the problem, overload relay switch that was clicking. They agreed that was what it seemed to be, then quoted me a ridiculous price of $325 to replace a $50 electrical part. When I said no way. She quickly ask how would I be paying for the service fee. She even tried charging extra for that. Not here for 5 min, never took a tool out of there bag. Complete scam. Stay away

  yesterday i made an appt for a dishwasher repair today. it was for between 10am -2pm. i called about noon to make sure they were still coming. i was told yes. 2pm came and no repairman. i called again...wheres the reapairman? they had no record of my appt. are you ftigging kidding me?! i was told by jessica that someone could come out in a couple hrs or i could call another company. i told her to forget it! i dont do business with companies that waste my time. i scheduled my entire day around this and they stood me up. i also did some checking and there were numerous BBB complaints against them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  BEWARE ... I thought i was using this company (this is the phone number I called) with the respectable reviews shown here but NOT it was AAA Fast Repairs who came out. IF I had known it was AAA Fast repairs based on THEIR review I would have never called them. As you can also see on their review page, they came out for an oven that was now operating. They quoted a $92.50 service call. The service person looked at the board in the oven and showed me where it appeared burnt and would need replacing. This all took less than 30 minutes..after it was reassembled and power returned, it worked. No need for any parts, etc. The bill for the service call now came to $274..after my objections it was reduced to $228 ..I paid it under protest... and found this to be unfair for the service provided and will never used or recommend them. Know who you are calling for service.

  We truly regret you found fault with Chris and his fast accurate diagnostics as well as his service efforts. Our service fee also known as a trip charge was quoted at 92.50 and not charged if any repairs are made. Chris found the issue, advised you it would be better to replace the board due to burnt points (points inside the relay box), and ended up resetting the control board. He requested to be paid 274.00 for his troubleshooting and efforts and resetting the board. You fussed about the price and Chris accommodated you by reducing the fee to 228.00. Chris reported that you were very upset about paying for his time and expected to pay just the 92.50. Hopefully, the GE Oven is still working with the burnt points. Your oven model number: “PT916SR2SS” calls for part number WB27T11442 which sells for 162.00 plus 12.95 shipping and plus tax. Our time and efforts to order, deliver, and install plus provide a two-year warranty on the electronic clock assembly plus a year guarantee on our labor would cost 278.00. The cost to stay in business is constantly going up and we do our best to keep the cost down for our customers. We have a lot of good positive reviews and we try very hard to please our 22,628 thousand customers in the Jacksonville Metro area. 99.99% of our customers appreciate our fast response time and understand that we should be compensated for our time and efforts. Yes, I confess I own AAA Fast Cooling, and air conditioning, and appliance service company and my wife (bless her heart) decided to go into business for herself, and she owns AAA Fast Appliance Repairs, I will occasionally give her my extra calls if I am not able to handle a call expediently… and I have the utmost regard and respect for her diligence in handling each of her service calls with the utmost urgency and care. But after the sun goes down, the businesses are owned and operated by the same hard-working Irish family that lives in your community. Everything is in the public records at Sunbiz.
