  I had an ac unit go out and decided to call Hartwick based on reviews online and I’m glad that I did! They fit me in the same day and a great AC tech came out (Joe) and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix it and a new unit was the best option. I found up finding another company that is doing the install because of pricing but I still cannot say enough good things about this company. It is so hard to find people that show up and do what they say they’re going to. If money wasn’t an issue I would’ve used Hartwick for the install. Either way I am going to sign up for their servicing on the new unit once installed! I also spoke with the owner I believe that took time out of his day to explain some other options I might have that I could do on my own. Again he would make no money off of this - just genuinely looking out for someone who has no AC at the moment! Keep it up guys.

  Aaron & Joe where very informative about our system. They handled our situation with all the details that was going on with our system today, and what to look for in the future. We had an air quality system added. They were honest in what they recommended, and very professional. I highly recommend Hartwick, and plan on passing their info to my neighbors or anyone I hear of needing an honest company to replace their air conditioners or maintenance service.

  We had Aaron come out today to help us restore heat in the house. He was prompt and got to work right away diagnosing the issue. Aaron found the issue quickly and explained what needed to be done and got us up and running. This is one of the best HVAC companies i've worked and will be using Hartwick Heating & Air Conditioning from now on.
