  I recently called Porting Mechanical Service because they had been recommended by a friend (although that friend had never actually used them). I asked if he did plumbing work and was told yes. I had a leak on the drainpipe of a pedestal sink. They were able to fit me in within a few days but there were a number of issues with this company. First, they were supposed to call with a quote and that never happened, they simply did the repair work. Secondly, I was charged labor for three people (him and his two sons) and I don't believe this was a three man job. Third, after they left I checked the work and there was still a leak on the drain pipe, a new leak, and a bolt left half screwed in. Fourth, they had to come out a second time to finish the work. Fifth, there was still a leak after this but when I tried to call I went directly to voicemail. I tried to call for nearly a week. I think my number was blocked? Six, I found out they aren't certified plumbers in Jefferson City. I ended up having another company come check the work and fix the leak. AND, after all this, they didn't care that I was unhappy with the service.

  Porting Mechanical was extremely amazing. I called with an emergency Heat/Cooling issue and they came right out! Very professional and work was top notch and I will be referring them over and over again!!!!
