  2 days after purchasing my home and moving in we discovered our auxiliary heat was turning on and losing temperature at night. I called and they came right away. They spent a total of 10 minutes looking at my unit prior to telling me I had set my thermostat incorrectly. The visit was $85 but I was fine paying that for the peace of mind. 10 days later the issue was still occurring though I was setting the thermostat per their instruction, only now my unit was clanking and the fan not turning. I called again because they had just been there...they advised that since it was a different issue it would be a second charge to come out plus repairs. I called Andersons instead. They took inspected everything and it took about an hour. I had to completely replace the entire system. So great job Pitt...first in not bothering to actually take the time to properly do your job. Second in losing out on a very costly service. I would not recommend them to anyone who values their home, money or time.
