  I am still waiting on a call back for emergency service I placed after losing heat over 24 hours ago after the recent snowfall. The woman answering the phone was professional and stated a technician would call me back shortly. I waited an hour and called back and was told it should be "soon". I thanked her and waited. It's now the next day with temps in the teens and STILL no call from any technician. This is rediulous. It's an "emergency" when there is no heat in your house for over 25 hours and they can't even have the common courtesy to call as promised. WILL NOT be doing business here.

  Technician came quickly! I needed after hours services and he was here within an hour of my request. He was very professional, respectful and focused on getting the job done. It didn’t take him long at all to fix the issue. He even double checked to make sure everything was running correctly and made sure that my family was pleased and comfortable with the service performed. I definitely recommend this business and Mr. Jerome Davis in particular. Awesome Job!!!!!!!!!!

  Our sales rep, Justin, was pleasant and helpful, answered all questions, was responsive to our requests, and provided reasonable estimates with several options and no up-selling. Installation was neatly executed and timely. When they set up our existing Wi-Fi thermostat there was was a small error, but it was quickly rectified and everything is working smoothly. This wasn't our first experience with J&J, and we will happily engage their services for any future requirements.
