I paid to have these guys install an HVAC system from scratch. Price was great, but service is extremely poor. The return fell off the unit so we cooled just the attic for 2 weeks at a huge cost. They said they'd come and didn't show. Then they showed up out of the blue and reattached the return. No apologies or anything. Now it is broken again and Raj yelled at me about it. He finally understood the situation and promised to come today. Guess what? No show no call again. EXTREMELY rude and doesn't seem to care about the customer. Not sure what to do at this point, but all I can say is "STAY AWAY"!!!!

Hands down the most unprofessional contractor I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. This company was assigned to my AC claim through my home warranty company. The first day the owner came out and incorrectly diagnosed the issue with my AC as being low on freon. The AC unit broke down a little over a week later. I called my warranty company and they reassigned it to them. Because the weather was hot and I have a child in the home, I wanted to ensure it was addressed as quickly as possible. I called the business phone and asked if they had received the notice from the warranty company. The owner said he hadn't but assured me he would call me when he did. Not surprisingly, no call came. When I finally called back, he said someone would be out the following day between 3-5pm. I called in the AM to confirm we were on the books. He assured me I was. The technician showed up at 8:30pm. They diagnosed the issue as the air handler needing to be replaced. Several days later the owner called me to schedule the installation. He told me Friday at 1pm. On Friday, a technician knocked on my door at 8:55am asking if I had time for them to install the air handler. As my appointment with them wasn't until the afternoon I had scheduled a necessary doctor's appointment for my daughter in the morning. I told them I was getting ready to leave the house and unfortunately they'd have to return at the appointed time. The owner called me several minutes later very bluntly stating that 'They can either do it this morning or we'll reschedule for next week.' I was shocked. Why had he told me 1pm if the only time they were available was 9am? He had no answers for me, only ultimatums and the entire thing devolved into a shouting match over the phone. The worst part of the entire experience is that the entire problem relies with the owner. The technicians for their parts, were polite and competent enough. But the owner should NOT be running a business. He hasn't the faintest idea of what he's doing when it comes to scheduling or customer service.

Payless Company was professional, caring, extremely knowledgeable and fixed my air conditioner issue after careful analysis and troubleshooting my unit. They came to my rescue after a scheduled HVAC company bailed last minute. My family would highly recommend this father-son company to anyone. Awesome job guys!!!!
