  My condo building mandates biannual HVAC inspections, and Martin's was chosen for one round of inspections. They billed people for inspections not performed, and my property manager ended up banning them from the building. Utterly untrustworthy and downright fraudulent, enough said.

  Called this contractor because he was assigned by the home warranty company. He answered the phone and when I informed him for the reason for my call he responded “I’m not available”. Very short, very unprofessional. No, thank you for calling or I’m sorry but I am unavailable to assist... just “I’m not available”.
