Justice is fantastic. For the past several years, they have done the annual service and check up on all of the units at our small condo building in NW DC. Very prompt, polite, and professional. Recently, I had an AC breakdown and I called a well-known competitor. The tech was late in arriving and claimed my unit could not be repaired but only replaced at a cost of $6,000+! I called Justice and they came out the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem and returned the following day at my convenience to do the repair. The service is great, Harold is friendly and professional, and the outcome is great. My AC is working better than ever and the total cost was 90% less than the cost of replacement.

These guys saved me thousands! I had a previous company come out and told me I needed a whole new unit. I wanted a second opinion, called Justice and they came out immediately, saw it was just a quick fix and within 30 minutes had everything up and running again! Thank you guys! Highly recommend!

Hey all. Just wanted to share an excellent homeowner experience because sometimes it's nice to hear something positive. Our air conditioner unit was about 30 years old when it shut down on a Monday. We knew it was coming, so we already had asked for recommendations. We ended up going with Justice Heating and AC of Woodbridge, and can't say enough good things about them. Harold and his assistant, Andrew, appeared bright and early at our house Tuesday morning after I called Monday night at about 6 p.m seeking a fix. They offered a reasonable price to repair, but considering the unit's age, replacing made more sense to us. They ordered molded sheet metal to connect to existing duct work, and got right to work the following morning around 10... and then the power in the whole neighborhood went out. For hours. With no way to finish the job, Harold and Andrew did as much as they could and then went to another job. They told me to call back as soon as the power came back and they would finish, but I quietly anticipated it would have to happen on another day. Seemed reasonable. To my surprise, Harold and Andrew returned around 8 p.m. after finishing a job in Silver Spring. They got back to work, made a stop at Lowe's around 9 for some pipe, and finished about 10:30, all in good humor. On top of all that, their prices were quite reasonable -- better than we had expected, based on our homework. If this note helps connect anyone else with a small business doing their best for customers, fantastic.
