  I have spent over 20k at Parker’s since buying my house. Jim is absolutely the most knowledgeable tech on staff. Most of the install crew and tech crew are amazing. After buying my first two units, I received a ton of cookies. After buying my third, we received nothing. Don’t let your MVP residential customers go unnoticed. I’ve praised your company on multiple social media sites, but the last 6 weeks have felt like pulling teeth.

  I was impressed with the conversation and quality I experienced when working with Parker's. Josh took the time to listen to our needs and provide multiple solutions. The workers were communicative and did a great job. We can already tell the difference in quality in our new heating and cooling system.
