  We've been using them for our repairs on our ice machine. Usually it's been just fine but I called them last week to get them out to repair the door on the front of the machine which has completely detached. He told me to call back first thing Monday morning. I called and say "Hi this is _____ you asked me to call you back first thing Monday morning." He replies with "Yeah we just can't get to you - we're swamped, you're going to have to find someone else to fix it. We just have to many regular customers we have to get to but thank you." and immediately hangs up on me. I didn't even get to respond or ask questions. I will gladly find someone else to fix it now. That was extremely rude and unnecessary. Very poor customer service out of the blue for no reason.

  I have been using Cooper Refrigeration for over 15 years now for coolers and refrigeration repairs. Their response time is outstanding. We really consider them the most honest , knowledgeable and professional refrigeration company in Rutherford County . Thanks

  Was told because I didn't buy my commercial fridge from them they wouldn't look at the repair I needed. You can sure in the hell bet if I ever need something it will not come from them. I called 3 times before finding out they won't help. What kind of business does that??? I never even knew of them until doing a Google search and now I'll never forget them! A comment was made for me to find someone in Tullahoma to look at it apparently because their caller ID showed my 931 area code and I intended him I'm in Murfreesboro and was trying to support a local business. I know a lot if small business owners and none act like this.
