  Our heater went out after the recent snowstorm where we received 12+ inches of snow and right before we were going on vacation--a perfect storm. I called Papa Charlie's and they answered promptly, promising they could make it out the same day. They followed-up with a phone call when they were on their way, showed up in masks, and thoroughly checked our heater. They fixed multiple problems on site and immediately ordered a replacement part needed that would create future problems if not fixed. Papa Charlie's was very affordable, has great customer service, and did wonderful work to get our heater going again in a stressful situation. Would 100% recommend!
