I have been a general contractor on the mainland for 30 years and understand the issues that you can have here on the island. I got 3 quotes for my mini split install. I originally booked with another company but because of a lack of confidence with their ability to install during my time on the island I cancelled and decided to go with Pacific. Andrea at Pacific is a rock star and did everything right. The installers were friendly and professional and the install was done on time. I wish all trades we work with are more like Pacific. Thanks again for quality install and service.

I contacted Pacific Air Conditioning to get an estimate for a ductless AC system. The office scheduled a technician to come by and I had the estimate the next day. My units had to be ordered and when they arrived Andrea called me to set up a date for the installation. I appreciate that she kept me informed on the status of my order and promptly addressed any concerns I had. Jeremy and Brian did the installation and made sure it was to my satisfaction. They were prompt, professional and thorough. It was a pleasure working with PAC.

PacAir has always been a reliable contractor that has taken care of my AC needs since they took over JECO, which has been a number of years. Michael and Jeremy always do a great job!
