  Lady working there was about as rude as they come. Basically told us to leave and call before we show up. We went to Cosco down the road and they were able to help us out with excellent customer service. If you feel like being treated like trash this is the place for you.

  I called in the morning inquiring about a specific size through-the-wall unit. A quick check by the friendly guy who answered the phone revealed that they had exactly what I was looking for. I mentioned that I might stop in at lunch time to pick one up. When I arrived, a female employee was working the counter. She knew that I had called that morning and said that they even had unit set aside waiting for me! They even loaded it into my vehicle. GREAT customer service and a great price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
