  On Command was prompt, communicative, and worked both quickly and expertly in the installation of my new system. They took the time to explain what went wrong with my last system, give me options for replacement, and show me how to work my new smart thermostat. They didn’t leave until they walked me through everything and saw that it was working as expected. Their office manager, Jessica, was a pleasure to work with and made everything a breeze. Everyone who worked the initial installation and installation of the heat strips later (they were backordered during the summer when the unit was replaced) were on time, efficient and friendly. I hope I don’t have reason to call for repairs anytime soon, but there’s no doubt in my mind that I would be calling On Command for any issues I may have and recommend them strongly and without reservation to anyone!

  My HVAC system died when it was coldest time of the year of course… but On Command was referred to to me to call and they totally replaced my whole system in a blink of an eye so I wouldn’t freeze. Lol. The new System is great and I am very happy with it and their professionalism! Thank you

  They are very responsive when it came to repairing my HVAC issues the morning prior to Thanksgiving. For being so busy that day, he still gave us the undivided attention and top notch service. He was also our pick for replacing our entire HVAC system. We went from 2 window units and fans in the heat of the summer to a comfortable home in a matter of 2 days of work and a very reasonable price for a complete HVAC system.
