I used ENC heating twice this year. On both occasions he was on time and performed the needed repairs professionally and at a very fair price. I would definitely use his services again and have already referred him to another potential customer.

If you need work done, call this guy. I called 5 or 6 other places today to get my ac fixed. It was over 90 degrees in my house. Two places told me it would be 2 to 4 weeks before they could come out, because I wasn't already an established customer. The other two that I was able to talk to couldn't come out until Tuesday (possibly Monday, for one). However, I kept trying for quicker service and got through to this guy at ENC. His name is Chris. He said first thing tomorrow morning, possibly tonight. I set up for tomorrow, but he called back about 45 minutes later, noticing that I lived just down the road, and said he was on his way. He spent about 90 minutes in this inferno trying to find the problem. Before I called for help, I replaced both thermostats. He checked to make sure I did everything right and told me to make sure I programmed it for the heat pumps if I ever replace them again. However, they were not the problem. He found our original problem with the downstairs unit (which has not worked since March) and told us he disconnected something with the back up heating, but we wouldn't need to replace it until we need the heat, so he didn't push getting it done right away. He then found what appears to be the final problem, which was that the main breaker to the outside units was bad and needed to be replaced, but he could not legally do it, because it was considered an electrical problem. He showed me which one needed to be replaced, so I told him I would go to Lowe's and get it and replace it myself. He said to call him after I got it replaced and he would come out to see if it fixed the problem. He left and said we wouldn't owe him anything until we were sure of the problem. He called while I was trying to replace the breaker and I told him I would call him back when I was done. While I was finishing with putting the new one in, we heard a knock on our garage door. He decided to just come on over instead of waiting for me to call back. So, after this long story, bottom line....we now have both A/C units working. We asked about service plans and he said to just change the filters and hose down the coils and we should be fine. A lot of people worry about getting taken to the bank with these kind of repairs, whether A/C, plumbing, electrical, etc., but this guy is here to help, not to take advantage of people. He went above and beyond and we thank him!

I contacted ENC when I came Home and my thermostat read 75 but was set on 68. Chris showed up quickly and began to solve the problem! I’m Completely clueless to the HVAC system as many are but he explained everything including the operation of the system itself. He made sure to stay around and continue checking al parts of the system. This isn’t my first time using ENC, I work in real estate and he is always my go to guy! Thank you again for all you do for me, my family and our clients at work!
