  Notification sent of what technician to expect and at what time. Very professional. Did quick triage and found/showed me the problem quickly. Did not try and upsale me on anything. Installed thermostat for small additional charge. Professional, friendly, honest, reasonable pricing.

  Fernando came to check the AC units due to a water stain on my ceiling. They responded quickly and were very helpful as always. They have serviced our AC/heaters for a long time and have always found a way to fix our units rather than replacing at the first sign of trouble. They are knowledgeable and reasonable. They responded within an hour even though it was the end of the day.

  Yancey first came out on Monday and did a thorough job cleaning both units and detected a faulty compressor. He ordered the part Gary picked up the part and installed it this afternoon. He was extremely good with his work, timely and very polite. Both men are excellent representatives of Northpoint A/C.
