  I have been using red star since they installed my unit in 2016. They have always performed excellently. Austin recently installed a new motor in the heater. He arrived on time and worked diligently until he fixed the problem. All parts were under warranty. I recommend the firm.

  We use Red Star for our AC and heater checkups throughout the year. The staff is professional. I find it easy to schedule service via phone. I appreciate the maintenance reminders. We just had the AC cleaned in attic that had some mold and air scrubber installed.

  Red Star always goes above and beyond on their maintenance. They came out for my summer check up and found a few things that needed replacing. Austin had the parts on his truck so there was no waiting on parts. Austin was very professional and caring. I highly recommend this company.
