After our furnace failed on a night that reached the mid-teens Next Level Mech. was able to come out the next day, which was a Sunday and begin the initial repair work.

They were quick to respond to our emergency and had a great scheduling/notification system that kept us in the loop for when our service tech. would be there.

I would highly recommend them and we will definitely be calling them for future service(s).

Highly recommend, I called Next Level Mechanical for a second opinion after Morris Jenkins told me I needed my entire HVAC replaced for between $25,000 and $30,000.  Next Level Mechanical came out the next day and were able to repair my system for $1,000.  Integrity matters.  Cancelled my Morris Jenkins service that day.  I am a Next Level Mechanical customer for life.

I noticed my 1 year old HVAC unit was not heating my house as it should.  After getting the run around from the company that installed the unit I decided to give Next Level Mechanical a call. The technician from Next Level showed up on time,  professional and thorough with his diagnosis. The tech found the issue,  repaired it and checked the system over within a hour.  👍👍

I called Next Level Mechanical after my Heat and A/C stopped working. I was called back the same day by the owner Lonnie. He said he would have his guys stop in on their way back through town and check my system. I received a text saying they were on the way. After they arrived and diagnosed my problem it was reccommended I replace the 20 year old system.

Lonnie called me back and set up a meeting with us to discuss options for the new system. After we agreed to have it installed he set a date to have it done.

On the day of the installation one of his employees came by and dropped off supplies that the crew would need and told us the crew would be there shortly. I received a text saying they were on the way.

Once Lonnie and the crew got to my house they started working and I could tell they were very professional and well prepared. After the installation was completed they cleaned up and even sweeped the floors where they were working. Lonnie stayed behind after the crew left to make sure everything was working properly before he left.

Next Level Mechanical done a great job and was very professional. Communication was excellant. This is a family oriented business and I would highly recommend this company if your family or business has a need for A/C and Heat repair.

Next Level delivered excellent customer service and installation. They were here on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services.
