Highly recommend Mike and his team! Very professional from start to finish. Also more reasonable pricing compared to competitors in the area. They were very honest with us while we were trying to make the best decision on what type of heating unit to purchase.

Lancaire maintains our hvac regularly, but this weekend one of our units stopped heating. Their tech came out quickly, was on time, and fixed our system. Service call, parts, labor, all under $300. Great experience like usual.

We needed a complete overhaul of our hvac system in our live above garage. The owner personally came out and quoted our system using Lennox equipment. We had other bids that were cheaper but didn’t include some important items , especially a county permit and the cheaper bids were a lower quality brand. You get what you pay for. The installers were very nice men and the job site remained clean. Very good company to work with.

Thank you Mike and Michael. The service was fast. I called at 8 15 this morning. As I was leaving a message Michael was calling me. The appointment was scheduled for 11 today but Mike came hours prior to that. He talked to me not at me. Mike explained what was wrong and talked me through it. Great work. I'm WARM NOW!

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and saw the problem immediately. He explained what was wrong and proceeded to make repairs. He gave me a report of his work and cleaned up some debris. He informed that there may need to be a replacement of a part and that someone would be in touch with me soon on that service. I was very pleased with the service.

If you are looking for a first class HVAC contractor, look no further!! They are professional, knowledgeable, honest and trust worthy which is hard to come by these days.  We recently had them to install a Lennox 25 Seer variable speed heat pump system with a S30 Lennox Smart Thermostat.  The technician that did our evaluation determined that our already failing system of 17 years was not big enough for the square footage of our home.  We never knew this after all these years and just paid the power bill wondering why it would be so high.  These guys were at our house all day and stayed late until the job was finished to be sure we had heat that night.  Not to mention they never stepped foot in our home without booties over their shoes and a mask.   I can't say enough how pleased we were with their service and workmanship.  We could already tell after the first day the difference in the air flow in the house but the best feature is the thermostat.  No more walking back and forth to the thermostat!  It knows the temperature outside and adjust the temperature of your home according to your preference of temperature inside.  And did I mention you can control it from your phone?!  Give them a call today!  We will be using them for all our HVAC maintenance/needs, electrical and plumbing going forward.  Thank you Lancaire!!

We had an amazing experience with Lancaire!  Not only was Mike professional and knowledgeable, but he was incredibly personable and walked me through every step of the process.  They ended up saving us a bundle vs. what another company had quoted us, so they have gained a loyal client moving forward.  I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family, and am so grateful that a friend of ours recommended them to us.  The fact that the owner did a follow-up call the next day to see how everything was working was just the cherry on top.  Don't hesitate to give them a call!

Good to know there is actually someone to take a call and respond in stanly county without taking me to the cleaners.  Have been waiting for a response from my past hvac co for 2 weeks to answer a txt or call. Still nothing...
