Richard Nahigian was our technician and was fantastic. He was professional, friendly and efficient. He found the problem, explained our options and gave us a reasonable quote. We agreed and it was fixed, tidied and ready to go shortly after. We will definitely use them again the next time we have an issue. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with My Professional Plumber! We called because our kitchen sink was clogged. April was great with getting us scheduled and sent us a confirmation text. Richard called and let us know when he was on his way. Richard did an excellent job from when he pulled into our driveway, put on shoe covers before entering, inspected our drain, and explained what the available options were. He unclogged our sink and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs! Thanks for the excellent and punctual service!

I just got a call back from a plumber in response to my previous review where they did not arrive as promised between 4 and 6 pm and did not notify. I drove fro. Knoxville after leaving my 93 year old mother at the hospital and waited for them. The representative called me after I told them they needed to get someone out to my home. He said that if they came tonight t would cost me $99 for a service call plus another three hundred something dollars to unstop my sink. Somewhere over $400. These people are scammers and crooked. Do not use. There are other reputable plumbers in Oak Ridge. We have lived here since 1952 and do not deserve to have to deal with such sorry people.

Ms. Martha, I understand your concerning for pricing in an already stressful situation. I would suggest to call around to reputable companies to become informed of what drain cleaning costs are. Do you know what material your pipes are made of? Do you know the distance to the main? How many 90’s? Do you know what warranty comes with a service? Perhaps the pipes are so old that they need to be replaced,1952 is galvanized materials or have they been replaced in recent years? Our prices and others, are based on knowledge of all of these factors as well as the cost of running a business. My curiosity would ask how much should we charge? The “going rate”, what is considered the going rate? Most would state the going rate is the cheapest rate they can find and base it upon that. There would have been a charge for this service as we cannot run trucks without paying our employees. Our message to communicate was sent at 1:08 pm on a recorded outgoing line, I’m happy to provide a copy of this recording to you. Jamie
