  Had to change over my furnace intake chase location and reroute duct work plus have black pipe reworked. From the front desk manager (Courtney) to the project proposal estimator (Leo) and to the service technicians (Alex & Harlan) my experience was top notch. All members were courteous, professional, expedient and punctual. I have no second thoughts about using ECO again. Again on 12/01/21 had more work done on installation of an intake unit in a pretty hard place to get to but the tech, Chris, was able to do a great job at installing it. Another thumbs up for ECO.

  I called ECO to come look at why my heat was not working. They scheduled a technician to come out and look at it. They found that it needed a gas valve. They ordered it, but it was on back order. A cold snap was coming one weekend while waiting on the part, so they brought me a couple of electric heaters to help keep the house warm for me and my family of 5, while waiting for the part to arrive. The part finally arrived last Friday around 330 pm. Instead of waiting until Monday, the Operations Manager came to our house, after hours on that Friday and installed the gas valve to get our heat working. Very professional people! Very cost effecient!! I recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be using them again for future issues with my HVAC system. Thank you ECO Heating and Air!!
