  Monticello Air is exactly who you want working on or installing your new HVAC system. They installed a brand new American Standard heat pump system, smart ecobee thermostat, Air Scrubber, and new ductwork throughout our entire home. We wanted to relocate our system to create more space and it was not a problem. The plan and execution was great. We are more than pleased with the results and would recommend to anyone in the area! Their entire staff from ownership to the office & technicians are incredibly friendly & always treated our home & time with respect. The high quality work they did here will add a lot of value to our home for years to come. Thank you Monticello Air! Special thanks to Nick, Joseph, Hunter & Joe for their extensive work here. We appreciate you & look forward to working with you in the future.

  We called Monticello Air to discuss our concerns with our HVAC system. Immediately Savannah greeted us with professionalism and genuine concern. Within no time we were scheduled for an estimate. Joseph came out and explained how the entire process from start to finish would take place. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He is also a down to earth caring soul. We look forward to working with Monticello Air for all our future needs.

  From initial evaluation through installation, the Monticello Air team has been fantastic. My HVAC is only three years old but was installed poorly by another company. This led to the condensation drain backing up into the unit and consequently the duct board boxes, causing them to saturate and begin to mold. Brennan was very professional and explained everything to me. Joseph, who later came to quote the service options was the same. I appreciated their honesty and the options I was given. Installation went smoothly and quickly. Now I feel like I can safely have family and friends over without fear of mold circulating.
