  Called Moncks Corner Heating & Air on 3/6/22 about my A/C not working properly. They arrived around 4:00 p.m. and within 10 minutes here they found my outside breaker was off. I understand a service call and paying for it, but they charged $115. I called the owner and he said there was nothing he could do for me at all. Maybe a break for a disabled person of half that. Turning on a breaker within a few minutes of being on a call deserves a break. Will never use them again.

  3/6 was a Sunday, which means we have less technicians available, and all calls are considered after hours/emergency. You are advised of the cost of the service call prior to a technician arriving on site. You are also given the option to wait until a weekday, when the service call cheaper. If you don't ever want to use us again, even though we arrived on a weekend and resolved your issue within minutes, that's fine. But understand that you will receive the same experience from other companies, no company is going to send a technician to your house on a Sunday afternoon at a discount. Technicians must be paid extra for their time on the weekends, time they could otherwise be spending with their families.

  I originally got my dryer from them and i still have it many years later, still working fine. I ended up going to them needing hvac supplies and they had exactly what i needed and have just been amazing people each and every visit. I highly recommend these folks, though their shops a bit small, these peeps are awesome and definitely worth the time

  Bought a freezer from Jay off of Craig's list one week ago told me I had a warranty it doesn't work. Tried to call and text no answer. Buyer beware. Jay said he lived behind your shop and did work for you. He's not a good representative for your company.

Any items we sell will come with an invoice that has our letterhead, address, and phone number included, as well as an employee signature.
